AN Ashbourne mum is appealing to thieves to return her son’s beloved scooter, after it went missing overnight from outside their home.
The scooter was left outside the property on Lathkill Dive on August 16, and had disappeared by the morning.
Mother Jackie Harlow said the scooter was very distinctive, as it was blue with orange handle grips. She said: “It cost just over £100 and we've had to replace it so my son can still have a skate party for his birthday this week. He is still very upset by it.”
