THE Ashbourne to Ilam Shuttle, a new service by the Ashbourne Little Bus Company, is available to all, young or old.

The team behind the new company hopes passengers enjoy the journey to and from the fantastic market town of Ashbourne.

The service is a "hail and ride" service which means if you miss us at your stop, give us a wave and you should still get on providing you are on route.

The Ashbourne Little Bus Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ashbourne Community Transport, which is a registered charity offering services such as a "dial and ride" dial-a-bus and active travel to the people of Ashbourne.

All income received from the service will be directed back to Ashbourne Community Transport – so by travelling on this bus you are directly contributing and helping the people of Ashbourne and the surrounding areas.

The Ashbourne Shuttle gives return travel from Ashbourne and Ilam with stops at venues along the way.

The service will terminate at the Picnic Basket in Market Place in Ashbourne and the National Trust Ilam Park Caravan site.

The Ashbourne Shuttle operates Wednesday to Sunday.
