Renowned World Duty Free mixologist, Charlie McCarthy, has created the ‘Fire & Ice’ cocktail, inspired by Beyoncé, in honor of her only UK appearance this year, headlining this year’s V Festival. The cocktail consists of delicious Veuve Cliquot champagne mixed with lychee juice and a touch of chilli.
Style icon Paloma Faith, who is also performing at V Festival, inspired Charlie to create ‘The Hackney Hurricane’ cocktail, complete with Martin Miller’s Gin, Ting and Pomegranate juice.
