Carsington Water is holding its Summer Food and Drink Fair on Bank Holiday Monday, with around 25 of the finest artisan food and drink producers from all over the region exhibiting their fabulous produce.

This will be the biggest Food Fair to date at Carsington and organisers have arranged an artisan food trail for visitors to discover all the food and drink delights available on the day.

There be a free prize draw to win a cookery course by sponsors Hartingtons School of Food and many opportunities for free tastings and samples before people buy.

The event takes place at the main Visitor Centre at Carsington Water from 10am until 4pm.

Admission is free.

The Loaf (artisan bread and other delicious bakery products)

Dad’s Bees (honey)

Really Good Cheese Company (artisan cheese)

Fruit and Herb Company (unique dressings, dips and oils)

Apna Spice (Indian delights)

Smith Hall Organics (artisan pork pies and other meat products)

Greenside Deli (award winning chutneys and preserves)

Home Made Delights (hummus, dips, quiches and pasties)

Staffordshire Savoury Eggs (wide selection of savoury eggs)

The Still Room (liqueurs, mulled wines and ciders)

Chocolate Tailor (truffles and chocolates)

Brock and Morten (rapeseed oil from their own farm)

Derventio Brewery (bottled beer)

Cossack Cuisine (Russian sweet and savoury delights)

Coconut Tree (S E Asian food)

Cheat the Wheat (gluten free meals)

Cottage Delight (biscuits, jams, chutneys)

Sultan Olives (olives, nuts, baklava)

Sweet Charity (iced biscuits)
