Food and drink delights on offer at Carsington Water this bank holiday

Carsington Water is holding its Summer Food and Drink Fair on Bank Holiday Monday, with around 25 of the finest artisan food and drink producers from all over the region exhibiting their fabulous produce.

This will be the biggest Food Fair to date at Carsington and organisers have arranged an artisan food trail for visitors to discover all the food and drink delights available on the day.

There be a free prize draw to win a cookery course by sponsors Hartingtons School of Food and many opportunities for free tastings and samples before people buy.

The event takes place at the main Visitor Centre at Carsington Water from 10am until 4pm.

Brock and Morten (rapeseed oil from their own farm)

Cossack Cuisine (Russian sweet and savoury delights)
