THE News Telegraph can exclusively reveal plans for the next phase of the long-awaited rebirth of the Green Man Royal Hotel, which include a new pub.
A "family-friendly gastro-pub" with a large restaurant is in the pipeline for the next part of the redevelopment.
It could be called The Old Brewery and be completed by the end of the year.
Also planned is the completion of a third shop, an outside space for a regular pop-up cafe and hotel rooms.
The News Telegraph has spoken to the team responsible for breathing new life into the building.
The inn is being rescued by businessman Colin Wright, of Fenny Bentley, who says he hopes to turn the historic pub and hotel into an establishment the town can be proud of.
