Noye in new bid to reduce sentence
Road rage killer Kenneth Noye is to launch his latest bid to get his sentence reduced.
Noye, 65, was jailed for life at the Old Bailey in 2000 for the fatal stabbing of 21-year-old Stephen Cameron on an M25 slip road at Swanley, Kent, in 1996.
Noye, who denied murder on the grounds of self-defence, fled to Spain after the stabbing but was extradited in 1998.
In 2001 and 2011, he lost appeals against his conviction and is now seeking leave to renew his challenge to the 16-year minimum term he must serve.
The case will be heard at the Court of Appeal by the Lord Chief Justice Lord Judge, Mr Justice Mackay and Mr Justice Sweeney.
