A FUN dog show on Sunday pleased organisers with a greater than expected turnout raising lots of money for charities.
Hulland village was the site for a fun dog show on the last day of August, with a prize, barbeque, a cake stall and wildlife artistry all on offer for those that attended.
Funds raised went to charities, Just for Dogs and Cancer Research. Just for Dogs is a rescue and rehoming centre in Brailsford.
Organiser Trish Godfrey said: “The fancy dress class was very well attended and the dogs looked great.
“It's the first time we have held a dog show at this venue so didn't expect such a great turnout."
