TEN-MAN Ashbourne Aztecs Under-15s went down 5-0 to Hilton Harriers.

Aztecs were four down at the interval but battled hard in the second period to restrict their opponents to one further goal, with some strong defensive performances.

There was late drama for Aztecs Under-12s, as captain Jake Ridley scored a stoppage-time winner to beat Mickleover 1-0.

Both defences had been on top until Ridley's 20-yard strike with only 30 seconds to play.

The win leaves Ashbourne needing only three more points from a possible nine to finish runners-up in the leading Under-12 division in Derbyshire.

The Under-11s had a fine 6-2 win over GAD Khalsa, with Luke Zona netting a hat-trick. James Donlan added two more, before Khalsa pulled a couple back late on.

Aztecs' man-of-the-match Owen Bailey hit a late sixth.

Newly-crowned Under-10 champions Aztecs Juniors beat Spondon Rovers 2-1 thanks to Kian Walwyn and Matthew Booth strikes.

Eloise Paige, Grace Bill and Katie Booth scored for Ashbourne Girls U14s in a 4-3 defeat by Buxton Magpies.
