FOOTAGE of Friday's trecharous driving conditions have been captured on film by freelance photographer Rod Kirkpatrick.
Mr Kirkpatrick, from FStop Press, filmed his journey north along the A515 betwenn Ashbourne and Buxton and then along the A53 towards Leek where he finally stops at Flash Bar Stores, the highest village shop in the country.
North of Ashbourne, blizzard conditions have made for high snow drifts as the winds drove the snow off the fields and into the roads.
