PUPILS, teachers and staff at Abbotsholme School, in Rocester, are celebrating after More than a quarter of pupils were rewarded for their efforts with A* to B grades.
The school also saw a 100 per cent pass rate in English, history, languages, design and technology and film studies.
Head teacher Steve Fairclough said: “We are incredibly proud of all of our pupils for the hard work they have put in and the excellent attitude they have shown to study and learning.
“Credit must also go to our talented staff team for the support they have shown preparing and guiding students over the last two years.”
“Although we are a non-selective school and accept pupils who would not be given places to take A Levels at other schools, these results demonstrate how we continue to achieve high standards individually and across the board, and help every pupil to fulfill their potential.
“At Abbotsholme, our ethos is focused on an education for life both inside and outside the classroom and these results reflect our commitment to ensuring pupils leave school ready to face whatever challenges and opportunities lie ahead.”
“Congratulations to all our pupils on a good set of A Level and AS Level results and some incredible individual successes.”
