A FOUR day inquiry is due to take place next month to examine refused plans for a huge development in Hartington.
The application, by The Cathelco Group, could see land at the former Dairy Crest site in the village converted into housing, commercial land and ‘community development’.
Peak District National Park Authority planners turned down the application but an inspector could now over turn that decision at a public hearing starting at 9.30am on Monday, December 3 at Aldern House in Bakewell.
