A 53-year-old man and a 43-year-old woman have been arrested at a property in Yeaveley on suspicion of offences including money laundering.
During the police operation yesterday, which involved around 130 police officers, an industrial unit in Moor Farm Road West and a workshop in Mayfield Road, Ashbourne, were also visited.
In total police executed warrants at seven properties across Derby, Ashbourne and Belper and arrested five people on suspicion of money laundering.
Officers also attended houses in Draycott Drive and Park Road in Derby, Park Lane in Allestree and an office in Bridge Street, Belper.
The operation took place from 7am on Tuesday and a man aged 36 was arrested at Park Road, Derby, while two women aged 23 and 24 were arrested at Draycott Drive and Park Lane on suspicion of assisting a disqualified director to break a disqualification order.
Four of the arrested remain in custody, while the 23-year-old woman was released on bail.
The warrants saw Derbyshire police team up with officers from the Serious Organised Crime Agency, HMRC and the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills.
