ORGANISERS of Ashbourne's forthcoming beer festival have confirmed a venue for the three day event.
Ashbourne Town Hall has been booked for the festival, which is being arranged by the Ashbourne sub-branch of the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA) and is due to take place on March 22, 23 and 24 next year.
The branch will meet on Tuesday, November 27 at the Sycamore Inn, Parwich, to discuss setting up a sub-committee which will oversee the festival's organisation.
Volunteers are being sought to help on the day, and to help with arrangements ahead of the event, and anyone interested in taking part or lending support can call in to the meeting next week, from 8pm, or call in to the Smith's Tavern in St John Street.
