POLICE are appealing for information on two prisoners escaped from Sudbury Prison.

Adam Paul Wilkins, 21, who is currently serving a three-year prison sentence for burglary, absconded on April 16.

He is white, 5ft 8inches tall, of medium build with short brown hair and blue eyes. His last known address is Weoley Castle, Birmingham.

Adam John Round also absconded on the same day. He was sentenced at Shrewsbury Crown Court in December 2007 to 30 months in prison for grievous bodily harm.

He is described as white, 21-years-old, 6ft tall, slim build, short brown hair and blue eyes.

Anyone with any information about the whereabouts of these men are asked not to approach him but to immediately contact Derbyshire Police on 0345 123 3333 or Crimestoppers anonymously 0800 555 111.
