A 22-year-old man who was jailed for producing cannabis has absconded from Sudbury open prison.
Jamie Jones left the prison between midnight and 6am on Wednesday, August 6.
He was given an 11-month sentence at Mold Crown Court in June for production of the class B controlled drug cannabis. He was also convicted of driving offences and is disqualified from driving.
Jones is white, about 5ft 5ins, of medium build, with blue eyes and a bald head. He speaks with a Birmingham accent.
He has links to Solihull, Birmingham and Staffordshire, particularly the Tamworth area, where his last known address was.
