SMALL but vital changes to lifestyle can make all the difference for people looking to improve their health in the New Year.

The importance of small but sustainable changes was highlighted by Dr Sheila Newport who said that anyone wanting to put better health at the top of their New Year’s resolution list should take moderate physical exercise for half an hour five times a week, which should be strenuous enough to leave the person slightly out of breath.
