FORECASTERS are still predicting terrible weather will hit Derbyshire, including Ashbourne, tomorrow - including large hailstones, torrential rain and flooding.
The Met Office has upgraded its warning for Saturday from yellow to amber, as temperatures are expected to reach 23C at 1pm.
A spokesman for the Met Office said: "The very warm and humid air mass across the UK will become increasingly unstable on Friday night and through Saturday.
"This will lead to the development of areas of intense thunderstorms, these moving northwards across the UK and affecting different areas at various times through the day.
"In this situation, large amounts of energy are available in the atmosphere and this, coupled with high-moisture content, can lead to torrential downpours, along with frequent lightning activity, large hail and locally-strong gusts."
The alert was issued at 11.20am today, and is in place from 12.15am tomorrow until 11.45pm.
