BRITISH rock rebel, Steve Harley, is set to be reunited with Cockney Rebel ahead of a concert at Buxton Opera House.
Harley has consistently toured over the last three decades and will be back with Cockney Rebel for the first full-band appearance in the UK for several years.
Cockney Rebel first came onto the scene in 1973 with the release of Sebastian, which was an immediate success across Europe.
Their debut album The Human Menagerie attracted wide-spread acclaim and a string of hits followed.
A prolific songwriter and renowned lyricist, Harley returns with Cockney Rebel to recreate their hits including Judy Teen, Mr Soft, Here Comes the Sun, Mr Raffles and Make Me Smile (Come Up and See Me).
The show is also set to feature new material from Steve Harley, with some of his latest works already predicted to become classics of the future.
Steve Harley and Cockney Rebel will perform at Buxton Opera House on Monday, Febuary 18.
