THE New Vic Theatre is welcoming back Uncle Eric and his gang of actors and musicians with a new show.
The Ancient Roman spectacular, Eric and Cleopatra, runs at the New Vic in Newcastle-under-Lyme from this week until Saturday, August 30.
The story begins when the audience first meets Uncle Eric's ancestor among the Ancient Britons.
Eric the Smith has been captured and taken as a slave to Rome where it is discovered that he is the spitting image of the great Mark Antony.
