CCTV footage of a man wanted in connection with the theft of a bicycle has been released.
British Transport Police have released the image after a bicycle was stolen from the cycle racks at Derby Train station on July 17.
PC Alex Price, leading the investigation, said: "The bike owner, a 23-year-old man from the Nottingham area, secured his bike - a grey and black Carrera 6061 TSIX mountain bike - in the racks shortly before 8am.
"When he returned at 6.15pm, he discovered it had been stolen.
"After reviewing CCTV from the station, a man is seen near the cycle racks just before 2.30pm."
Officers want to speak to the man pictured, as they said they believe he may have "crucial" information to assist officers in their inquiries.
